  As the neighbor who lives just 40 feet away above the pizza oven, this place is awful. We get to breath smoke all day every day. They also do not have a permit to operate, despite the Town requiring them to stop. This has been going on for 6 months now and the owners refuse to make some basic, common sense changes, like venting the pizza oven above the roof line, so it doesn't smoke out all the neighbors. While it will eventually come to a stop, it's being dragged out because they refuse to cooperate. Clearly, these people are extremely selfish and do not care about the serious health impacts of their highly polluting outdoor oven. And so while the owners don't care about the impact on the community, maybe you do. Besides, would you want to eat at a restaurant that isn't interested in following some basic permit processes? Who's to say they have the proper health permits?
